No one has a better insight into an individual's true strengths and skills than a former manager or co-worker. At Referral Staffing, we represent this unique pool of talent — referrals.
Our focus on referrals allows us to identify and represent top-tier talent. Companies in the Washington, DC, metropolitan area seek us out because we have a competitive advantage. We represent individuals who are interested in making a strategic career move, but who are not necessarily actively looking.
When you refer someone to us and we place that person in a full-time, career opportunity, we pay you a $500 referral bonus. We never disclose the source of the referral. You remain anonymous at all times and we guarantee confidentiality.
About Our Referral Pool
Most of our referrals are from the following:
- Former Co-Workers at a Previous Place of Employment
- Former Co-Workers from Current Place of Employment
- People Who Are Happy or Not Actively Looking
- Names of Outside Auditors and/or Tax Professionals
